• We may maintain audit logs for security and operational diagnostics.
• We separate development and production environments.
• We may follow secure software development lifecycle controls, including review and testing.
• We maintain incident-response readiness and escalation paths.

To report a potential vulnerability, email contact@7dea.ai with the subject line “SECURITY”.

Please include reproduction steps, expected impact, and screenshots or logs when available.

We aim to acknowledge security reports within 3 business days.

Data Handling Notes

• We do not ask for passwords or one-time passcodes by email.
• We treat customer-submitted deliverables as confidential business content.

No Absolute Guarantee

Security reduces risk but cannot eliminate risk entirely. No internet-facing system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure at all times.
